Kindness

Mimi, I think you are the kindest person I have met. I know this adjective might sound weak to certain, but for me it is the essence of being. I don’t understand the point of existing without a kind mindset and look on life, without treating others with respect, empathy and patience, without caring about other livings than ourselves. I think being kind is the most authentic way of navigating through life. You caring so deeply about people you love, caring about animals so profoundly, even those that get overlooked, making time for those that matter, being curious about the world around, being committed to understand others better, developing your empathy by listening, are all signs of your pure intentions. This is my favourite part of you and no matter how odd you think it sounds it is one of the best qualities someone can have. I truly think you have the power to ease people, to listen to them and to be patient with emotions. You are a true inspiration for me and I am aspiring to develop this patience in my day to day life.

Dedication

How can I talk about this man without mentioning his dedication. I am truly amazed by the means you put in place to reach your goals. When you dedicate yourself to something, you go in deepness (so deep), learning every part of a hobby, every complex sides of it. You stay curious, keep yourself updated and always try to improve. Just have to look at your approach to jim or mixing (jimixing??!?!) to understand how impressive you are. You show consistency in both area, training every week for jim and rehearsing relentlessly for mixing. You read scientific paper to understand the complex role of nutrition in your life and will not hesitate to listen to hours of electro to find the perfect songs for your sets. I am incredibly admiring of your dedication love and I know it will take you wherever you put your mind to.

Funny

MIMI YOU ARE THE FUNNIEST. I truly don’t know how to express it harder, you are SO funny olala. You brighten every conversation, your mimics are hilarious and you always find the space to crack a joke (what am I saying, you are firing jokes). I love your smile I love your laugh I love your lil face when it lights up from doing a joke. Thank you for being a sluničko yourself, for playing along with my jokes, for being so authentically funny. I know life with you will NEVER be boring.

Curious

I love how you stay curious about a lot of subjects. You are always open to understand more a topic and will not close yourself if it does not match your opinions. You are interested in getting into debates (EXACTLY) and stay very calm when they become heated (compared to a certain other person). You keep yourself updated on the state of the world (thank you new york times subbbbb) and will engage in conversions about it. I love your open mindset, always willing to let your opinions evolve and to hear what others have to say about them. You do not get defensive but try to understand deeper when there are opposite speeches to yours. This is very interesting and very important to welcome one’s point of view and it is completely something I have to learn.

Caring

I know I am a broken record, I am really trying to write what you don’t already know I admire about you but I think it is mission impossible. I LOVE how caring your are. I feel like I am a little puppy when I am with you and you feed me, take care of me, pet me and love me. It is such a warming feeling to have someone like that besides me. You radiate love and care, you are always on the lookout to improve other’s life and you truly do everything you can to help. I love that side of you so so much, you make me feel so safe and loved.

Adventurous

I absolutely love that you are always up to try new things. Bouldering? Conquered!! Ukulele? In progress!! French?? Presque là!!! It’s SO fun to have someone like you in anyone’s life !! Life is a giant adventure and living it with you is the best gift I could ask for. I CANNOT wait to try new things with you, I have so many idea (next is skydiving IT’S A JOKE – you may laugh now). No but thank you from the bottom of my heart to be the most enthusiastic patootiest mimibabe so we can experience all the thrills of LIFE.

You SO cute baby wishiwoushiwoushi I want to squish you every seconds of my LIFE. AHHHH I have cuteness aggression when I see you but really have you seen yourself in the MIRROR. How can you be the perfect combination of SEXY and CUTE at the same time I am AMAZED. You can see I am slowly drifting off the serious tone this page was supposed to have but that is what happens when I get to talk about my favourite person, I am all BUBBLY and I get a bit too excited. Loving the little things

I love how grateful you are about the little things. You find excitement in the smallest things and are content with little. You find joy in a good song, are amazed about a homemade pizza QUATTRO FORMAGGI, are excited about the snow, about a moose postcard, are thrilled to have a nap together, fall in love with the flowers I give you, get exite about any kitty (as you should), or frog, or doggi, or goose, or duck, or snail or mosquito (no that you despise). What a beauty to see life through your eyes <3 (wtf that’s the ugliest heart eva).

Many many other things

I think I could go on and on about everything I love about you love, unfortunately I am time-pressed. To be honest, I love everything about you. I love all your quirks (so quirkyyy), all your moods (tbh you pretty consistent so it’s not that hard), everything. But the most important thing is that I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my soul. You made me realise so many things about a relationship and about myself. I know I can be loved in all versions of myself, I know that a relationship is teamwork, that we are together against the problems, not against eachother. You showed me what it is to feel the safest around someone and to be able to express emotions fully. You showed me how fun it is to be your authentic self and be loved from every centimetre. I am deeply in love with you mimi, I am deeply grateful that I got to cross your path and that I got to experience an incredible year by your side. I think I repeated myself 67000 times about the reasons why I love you but I think I needed to repeat what my heart feels everyday, every minute and every hour.
